A combination of the words "whoa" and "holy" used to express and exclaim surprise, amazement, or astonishment. Can either be used by itself, or be placed before the words "shit,""crap,"fuck,",etc.

Jeff: "Whoaly shit man, look at the big pink elephant over there walking in our direction!"
Matt: "Whoaly crap dogg, your are WAAAASTED! That's really your girlfriend coming toward us. And whoaly... she sure is beat!"

An alternative adjective used for describing mya’s love towards her “boo”. Evidently she could not bother to look up another adjective in a thesaurus so she could further explain the adjective “whoa”. So from now on all we will all be in be in an unsure state of mind because the word who will forever just be explained as simply “whoa”

Used to describe little children on Call of Duty who grudge kill and little kid rush after being repetitively killed by your player. They often rush the spot they were killed in the hopes of finding your player.
