Alternate name for a form-fitting, knit dress, especially a sweater dress not past mid thigh in length. Person wearing the dress may be perceived as "hot."

Such a dress may cause the person wearing it or those who see her to think of the possibilities of Sex in Public due to the ease of which the act could take place while wearing it.

"Damn, that sho nuff is a SIP dress, girl you look hot!"
