Someone who reuses what they say to one person and then says the same thing to the next person they see in hopes that it will spark a conversation.

this is very annoying especially if it fails on you and you hear them start saying it to another person.

Example of a talk recycler as follows:

Rob: i really hope it doesnt rain today
Sue: yeah

failed attempt

rachel walks into room

Rob: I really hope it doesnt rain today
rachel: me too i have a party outdoors tonight. what do you have planned?

Rob recycled the sentence I REALLY HOPE IT DOESNT RAIN TODAY. therefore he is a talk recycler and that sentence was recycled

Picture Recycler

Someone who re-uses or recycles old pictures of them on facebook for their profile, making it appear as if the picture is new. This is often used as a way to give the impression that the individual is just as hot as they were a few years ago, or to try and pretend they are on vacation in an exotic/desirable locale like they were a few years back, even though they are in fact not on vacation.

She's not really on vacation in Italy...she is still freezing her ass off in DC like the rest of us - she went there a few years ago with her parents. Jill is a total picture recycler; oh, and that picture was like 20 pounds ago, don't be fooled.

The Recycled Cosmopolitan

A deviant sexual practice, which first necessitates one partner to chug as many Cosmopolitan (or other strong and colored alcoholic beverages) and puke them out into their partner's anus. The receiver then squeezes their ass as the giver grabs them by the feet and shakes them while they're upside down.
