Planking, when an individual stiffens their body, lies face down expressionless on an object whilst straightening their arms and legs, pointing their fingers and toes. Importantly takes a photograph and names it then posts it on Facebook.

Planking on a narrow protrusion or a long slender pole like a plank.

the art of punking people on face-book. creating the identity of a person that is know by many of your friends, yet is not on facebook. you then use the fake facebook profile to try and connect with friends by using rude and crude messages and wall posts. with offending people enough for them to "un-friend you" being the ultimate goal.
