lamesaur

It means basically the same thing as lame, but with more emphasis. The suffix "saur" can be used at the end of any word if it is needed to express something either bad or good. Also used as chicksaur.

I can't believe it, this is so lamesaur.

Being so lame to the extent that the lame body of the person/thing is completely converted to sauce.
