GOATdate

Going on a virtual date with someone you met online. In the context of online dating, this is the GOATdate (Greatest Of All Time date) because no amount of messaging can beat meeting your match Face to Face, first.

The term originated from the Video-First Dating App, GOATdate. GOATdate is said to give users the most secure & comfortable Video Dating experience while eliminating common online dating frustrations like cat-fishing, endless texting, and wasted time/energy/money on in-person meetings only to find out you don't have chemistry. After matching, users GOATdate (in-app video date with a 5 minute time limit) first, and have the option to chat once there is known chemistry established in the initial GOATdate.

Raising the goatee

In modern American slang, it means to have a person's goatee raised at someone in a sign of displeasure or contempt. The term, which is a take on the phrase "raised eyebrows", was first brought into popular usage because of the aggressive facial expressions of former Pittsburgh Steelers coach Bill Cowher (who wears a goatee from time to time) to his players and officials from the sidelines of National Football League games during his tenure.

Goated

The act of being hit by a goat. It is only truly goated if the act inflicts pain and causes bleeding on the one being struck by the goat. If one is hit but no pain is suffered or blood, then it is simply being "hit by a goat".
