The term for being drunk to the point of excessive hugging for no particular reason. This person is mainly a happy drunk and not too be confused with drunk slut for this person could be either male or female and random hugging is strictly the act of intoxication.

Therefore, because of this realism it has gained it's own definition being an alternative to the word friend. This word is most commonly used on social networking sites.
