When someone, usually your parents, randomly springs a topic, usually sex related, onto you unsuspectingly. Much like a ninja attack its always a surprise and sometimes its deadly.

If you're a guy out on a date, there's a part of you that wonders if some guy pissed on a girl's lips before she kisses you, and she didnt tell you about it. That would be a disgusting thing to do to somebody.
