Twitterhea

A Twitter condition afflicting Twitter user that feels compelled to tweet constantly, about every meaningless thing they are doing.

Basically anyone with more updates than followers. Some would go so far as to qualify anyone who tweets more than 6 times per day as someone suffering from Twitterhea. There's no way your life is that interesting!

When you tweet in obsessively manner about everything and everyone in sight because you are bored out of your mind, or chose to do things other than being productive.

I was so bored at work that I logged on to my twitter account and had an hour or two of twitterrhea.

twiterrhea is the spewing of waste product out of the mind in 140 caricature bursts, clogging up someone else's mind with useless information from lonely self possessed people.
This condition is the shortened version of digirrhea, digirrhea is compound word made from digital and diarrhea, an equally devastating condition that can last until the power goes off in the house as well as in the mind.

TwitterHead

A female that disconnects from face-to-face social interaction. Communicates mostly through social media web pages such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ect. Mostly for indirect activity as an escape from face-to-face confrontation. Refrains from saying their real perspective in person, rather they anonymously send messages.

A twitterhead would post a status about a specific group of people that they associate an individual with, rather than mentioning that individual in the post. Also they may post words that they couldn't express in person for a lost loved one that they are mourning for.
