It's an old expression actually originating from a peg, with the Rooter being the snout, and the Tooter being the tail. So basically it means the whole hog from snout to tail. But has come to mean from head to toe.

Toosier syndrome is when a person(usually someone called toos) lasts full nights and probs days without any sleep. Symptoms include binge watching Netflix and tiktok. If you know someone with these symptoms and they don’t sleep and somehow are fine the next day then diagnose them with toosier syndrome.

"Toogers" is a term used by streamer "SB" and his chat. The origin of the term "Toogers" comes from one day, when someone in his chat messaged the term "P*gg*rs". He has not heard this term before and mispronounced it as "Toogers". Ever since SB and his chat started using it as a joke, and it is now the standard.
