Strolliid

A word to express joy or amazement. Used positively and frequently in relation to the successful chirpsing of the opposite sex. An exaggeration of its use could be " 'v' strolliid," to illustrate severe happiness or excitement, translating to 'very' strolliid.

Origins come from a combination of the words solid and stolid with the required accent. Believed to originate in Cambridge uni and develop in Thailand.

Hand signals may accompany usage of word.

Daniel: "I just got with that fitty"
Ollie: "Strolliid!!"

Kyle: On viewing a beautiful woman or receiving cash or tasty food, "V strolliid!"

Within scrolling distance

When the information you wanna access from a particular webpage is only a little bit further down the page from where you are. This means that it is close enough for you to be bothered enough to scroll down the page and access it quickly. It is therefore said to be 'within scrolling distance'

"I can't see where to type in my email address"
"That's because it's further down the page, but don't worry, it's within scrolling distance"

it means a prostitute walking around a block,usually a young favored prostitute.this is a term used by san diegans for prostitution done by young women or even teenagers.its a new word started in 2010.ussualy you will see young looking women on a block walking around in skimpy clothes giving signals to cars that is a strollie. They are usualy located in city heights,national city,el cajon, downtown.

for example-
R-wheres that strollie B?
B-she on her block,runnin fo her money.
R-good she better be on that stroll
B-what street she on we got a call fo a big trip they want strollies fo the next few days.

Being unable to stop scrolling on social media. As in a doomed task for it isn’t productive. Can be positive and staying in touch with friends and family but unable to stop.

scrolling blindness

In programming/computer science, refers to the effect of numerous exceptions being thrown in an application. The list of exceptions, often originating from one bug, makes it difficult to track down and forces programmers to scroll through a log of exceptions. Often the use of a logger will alleviate this problem.

Can also refer to a bloated log file of error messages.

It took twice as long to find the bug because our log file suffered from 'scrolling blindness'
