Brick Exit Strategy

The process whereby a traditional “Brick & Mortar” retailer begins the transition to a predominantly Internet based business model. Often brought about due to the escalating costs of maintaining a dedicated physical presence as declining economic conditions force geo-based retailers into competing dollar for dollar with their virtual world ecommerce competition.
"A Brick Exit Strategy not only cuts costs, it gives us a chance to expand beyond this local market."

cheese strategy

Using an incredibly lame and easy "no-effort" strategy within video gaming, or just in general. Has to be effortless, overpowered or just a purely try-hard and annoying way of "cheesing" an early win. Examples of this is Zerg rush (Starcraft) or using the Noobtube in any CoD game.
I hate Jerry. Last night, he was totally using a Cheese strategy. You know the one with the roundhouse kicks? Yeah, he did nothing but that and won within 2 minutes.

comcast strategy

A statistical analysis of customer experience. Make it extremely tedious and difficult to cancel/downgrade/do anything with your service. The benefit of people giving up and accepting unnecessary fees or undesired services outweighs the cost of those that do leave.

Comcast has determined that their strategy of impossible customer service benefits the bottom line more than being a customer-friendly company.
Comcast strategy example:

To cancel a service you must be on hold and bounced between representatives for at least 30 minutes. The percent that give up and accept whatever fee is more profitable than correcting the percent that do quit/give the company a bad reputation.

Inflate Deflate Strategy

Also called as Inflate-Deflate Stratergy- Thumping the clueless opposition by giving them false hope and hoping that their complacency will lead to their timely doom.. The theory is heavily advocated my Mr Nags , who is a royal challenger aficionado.
Generalist Yamamoto from Japan: How did you win the match in such a tight situation?
Nags: Yamahamoto from Japan, how many times have I told you about the inflate deflate strategy?
Generalist Selvalakshmi: Hey Nags, do you know what else is tight and what else is inflated?
Nags: 😳
