When stuffing the Christmas Stockings, and you have too much stuff to fit inside, the extra gifts that you scatter around the outside of the stocking are called " Stocking Overflow".

As I was setting out the Christmas stockings on Christmas Eve, my husband was questioning all the extra gifts that couldn't fit into the stocking, he asked what is that? and I said, "Stocking Overflow".
