Stemmer

A human (presumably) subspecies found in every single Democrat controlled area in the United States. Stemmers possess only an extraordinarily primitive brain stem which governs their basic bodily functions, and a hyperactive fight or flight reflex that kicks into overdrive whenever they are exposed to facts that conflict with the leftist media propaganda they consume on a daily basis. Stemmers are typically seen in internet cafes, slurping on soy lattes and making use of the free wifi while bitching about how the Right Wing is the source of everything currently wrong with the country, around college campuses where they go to (presumably) get an education, protesting for some obscure leftist cause with groups such as Antifa, or lurking in their parents basement well into their 20s and 30s because they absolutely refuse to grow up and face the challenges of adult life.

When one reaches a point of intoxicatiion resulting in a night spent in a jail cell. A cross between being hammered and in the slammer:

Hammered + Slammer (jail) = Slammered

Person 1 "Hey man did you hear that Kevin got kicked out of the Whisky bar last night?"

Person 2 "Yeah man, he was so drunk he wound up in the piss tank, he was slammered."

Strategy when playing uncle worm where one creates a vertical line down one side and then proceeds to go back up the map alternating turns to create an "e" like shape, only with four stems instead of three.
