Sqwa is the definiton of a drunken native woman. Usually found in allys drinking listerine, Sqwa woman usually have very tiny legs with a big pot belly. Don't get on the sqwa's bad side but usually they're the life of the party

A derogatory word used to describe a female of the Arab descent.
