Its a cross between Sniggers and Smirks. Not a very friendly thing and is usually only used by people who don't agree with people very often.
Present Tense: *snerks at your T-shirt*
Past Tense: Did you see that? She totally snerked at you!
Future Tense: I think i'll snerk at him in assembally
