The act of acheiving the peak of a drug high. Usually at a humanly uncontrollable level.

Daniel, Loren and I were incredibly shpongled three thursdays ago, we laughed for roughly fourty-six minutes.

A term used to describe someone who is under the influence of a vast quantity of drugs, most commonly Ecstacy or MDMA.
