A medical diagnosis in which one overly stresses out for pointless reasons, particularly grades when they already have above a 4.0.

90% of the Monta Vista student body overly worries about their GPA. They are diagnosed stressaholics.

Stressabating

The action of doing pleasurable things to one self when under extreme amounts of pressure. Pressures may come from different sources such as academics, sports, a job, and or significant other. These activities do not include just masturbating but any pleasurable activity that one submits to when under duress.

Stressabating activities include anything that you can binge on to release tension such as..... watching TV or youtube, ice cream binge, shopping, and masturbating.
