Schplort

The world used to describe the sound of a very large zit or boil suddenly erupting in a blast of sticky cheese, pus and blood.

We weren't sure if the thing coming out of Billy's neck was a second head or a really big zit until we heard a loud, sickening 'schplort' while standing outside the locker room. Five minutes later we saw the huge wad of tissue paper Billy pressed against his neck and the pallor in his face from the blood loss.
