pronapstination

When a person is very tired but is so tired they cannot even take a nap, so they procrastinate sleeping by doing other nap-like activities (surfing, watching tv) until they succumb to the inevitable - napping.

"Before I go to sleep I'm going to engage in some pronapstination - playing spider solitaire and watching youtube videos until I can't open my eyes any longer."

When you make the decision to jerk off instead of doing work, and end up taking a nap afterwards

Teach: Where dat assignment doe?
Rob: I don't know, I must have pronapsturbated instead of writing this paper.
Teach: I too get caught in pronapsturbation loops.
