Prebe

(Pronounced Pree-b). A prebe is typically a pre-pubescent girl or boy (usually a girl), who is immature, loves the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus, and may be emo. A prebe is annoying and pest-like. The typical age range of prebes is 12-14.

Hey, are those girls hot?
"No dude, they're prebes."
Oh, I hate prebe girls.

The preeve is the pre-eve, the eve of the eve. As in Dec. 24 is Christmas eve, Dec. 23 is Christmas preeve. Commonly just called "the preeve."

*Christmas is in 2 days, so today is the preeve! Tomorrow is Christmas eve, then finally the big day!"
