1.) A personality trait belonging to those who look stupid in any and all photographs ever taken of them.

Does not apply to people who look stupid outside of photographs.

2.) Can be used singularly, as in referencing one photo.

1.) "You'll have to excuse my obnoxious friend... just give him the camera and make him take the picture. He's completely photarded anyway."

2.) "Don't tag that, I look completely photarded in that picture."

Those times where you leave your cellular device on a table or hard surface and when left on vibrate rings making a brrrrrrt-brrrrrrrt-brrrrrt sound. Similar to it's organic cousin but is purely technological.

The Phonefart includes iphones, blackberries, zack morris' telephone, any cellular device left on a table.

Phonetarded

A word that describes someone who know absolutely nothing about smart phones and how they work. These people usually have to ask for help with everything on their phone wether it is sending a text, taking a photo and worst of all using facebook. This label is mainly used for the older population who just switched from a flip phone to and iPhone.

My great aunt just ditched her flip phone for an iPhone X. I swear she’s phonetarded or something. I’ve had to help her for hours just to learn to text and open safari.
