Put simply, it's a REALLY bad hair day.

Cheryl: "I've got palliative hair."
Carol: "Oh come on, Cheryl, it can't be that bad..."
Cheryl: "Oh really? I shampooed, conditioned, tried one product and that didn't work out. I then re-wet my hair, dried it again and tried a different product and now it's even worse. I give up. It's horrible. I'm staying in."

PALIÃR; Is a term for white chick's in the Inland empire who have been heavily influenced by the Mexican culture. Usually older, top shelf, tatted, sportsfuckers also known as Madãme Ratches', who have a hispanic sounding last name; ex; Cortez, Hernandez, Sanchez etc. Who uses the word "PALABRÃ " numerous times a day in the most perfect ways. That it makes you smile with thoughts of dick slapping that word out of her vocabulary. Feels she is entitled to say PALABRÃ and really she is a PA"LIAR". A RANDOM Ratchet off her medication WHO should not be engaging in conversation of what she does not know. But, overall you really want to secretly bang her .
