NoFap

The idea that one can become stronger and better themselves by abstaining from porn and masturbation (possibly arousal as well). Personally NoFap has worked for me wonders. I am currently at 92 days, and although I do not have “superpowers” my mind is much clearer, and I feel more motivated to eat healthy, go to the gym, and daytrade.

Person 1: “NoFap is a placebo, dude”
Person 2: “The fuck are you talking about? I am a living example showing it works, my mind is clearer, I am more motivated, and confident.

Caleb Nowland

Caleb is an aspiring professional tennis player, TikTok celebrity and Australian Icon. Training at Shaw Park tennis centre, Caleb perfects his technique and fitness on the daily.
