It's all fake but it's something that deffinitely cannot be unseen. the story line is plain, but the special effects and realistic feeling is fucking stomach churning. two messed up friends bring along another guy to go on a random murder, rape, and torture rampage. They kidnapped lesbian lovers, couples and they torture them in any way that is extremely scarring... google images should give you a slight idea (:
