Portuguese Monkey Slap 

Originating on Portugals southern most beaches, the Portuguese Monkey Slap was originally called just the big slap, but due to its effectiveness in dealing with Portuguese monkeys, it was changed by the locals. The Portuguese Monkey Slap involves a running start followed by a jump and before reaching terrafirma you must thrust your open backhand in a downward motion striking your opponent , or monkey, on or above the cheekbone, resulting in stinging pain, hellucinations and or death.

The Portugese man struck the primate with a vicious monkey slap resulting in stinging pain followed by hellucinations and innevitably death, thus the Portuguese Monkey Slap was born.

The PHB likes to think (s)he is doing you a favor, but in reality is just slapping you in the back of head with a poorly planned project which you are now forced to deliver.
