In the times of Pugilism under the London Prizefight Ring Rules, British gents used this term as a verb to mean fight, thrash, beat, and box.

Bill Richmond proceeded to mill his opponent Dockey with such severity, Dockey was left completely blind.

The milling of those two pugilist was quite the sight to see.

A congregation of lower class individuals are milling around MacDonalds, hindering you reaching your desired destination.

Someone once said "To mill, is to be milled". What he meant no one knows, but when you're milling, you're in your room not doing anything in particular or worth your time.. but you're happy with that. It's a student thing.

Pingus Malingus

Pingus Malingus is something that you can only say to your Friends when they are being annoying but smart little fucks. This is specifically not used when they have done a transgression that is virtually impossible to fix. In that situation you would call them a MF Pingus Malingus.

"Haha lol I put a dropper under your Minecraft chest into a extremely long rail and Redstone system to my base."
"You little Pingus Malingus I will find you and kill you."
"Lol I burned your diamonds in lava."

An individual with no aptitude for success who nonetheless presume competence. AKA, a skill-devoid mansplaining rube who is the unwitting object of ridicule over an extended period of time (for instance, their adulthood). AKA, a haughty knave, lacking in cunning and sophistication, who is ineffective in all pursuits, much to the irritation or amusement of his or her peer group. Usually male.

Don't let Dingus McLingus walk the dog. He'll probably let it get eaten by a hawk.
