pronounced "juh-hawl-uh"

(1) v. to holla at someone, preferrably of the opposite gender, but by adding the j in front of it, adds the extra "juh" in order to allow the speaker to have more flava to holla. the "j" serves the purpose of adding style.

the difference between "j" and no "j" is KEY in a successful jholla and a failure.

(2) an agreement or acknowledgment of some sort

example 1:
girl: "hey guys"
sweet guy: "yo jholla"
dumb guy: "holla"

example 2:
guy 1: "that girl is hot"
