Ishkabibble was the name of a character on the 1930's radio show "Kay Kyser's Kollege of Musical Knowledge". Prior to that it was used as a slang word meaning "No worries," or "Who cares?"

is a creature that lives under cattle guards, in German/Russian mythology.

When you drive over a cattle guard, you are supposed to slow down so as not to run over an Ishkabibble.
