incapacitated

When one is too intoxicated from drugs or alcohol to function on a normal level and perform daily actions such as drive, work, go to school ect. Not nessisarily indicating a heavy level of intoxication.

I cant come into work today, i took a few more pills than average and im incapacitated.

incapacitator

-the little annoying piece of skin that peels at the bottom corner/side of your fingernail
-usually on the thumb
-can be peeled/ripped off with your other fingernails (usually the pointer finger on the same hand)

(not to be confused with a cuticle)

(Drinking Game) Three people put to cups of beer in front of them and there is one full cup in the center. The contestants drink the first to beers as fact as they can, the slowest drinks the last beer. Put the cups of beer in the shape of the flux capacitor.
