Hankster is the new term for gangster, defined and created by puregoya. It means the ultimate, pinnacle of gangster. When you are hankster, you are like all those gangstas you see out there put together with your original gangster status to make hankster.

When someone tries to dodge every social event by delaying their decision until they run out of time and then they start whining and saying that they wanted to go, but due to some made-up circumstances weren't able to.
