The state of being completley unable to give a fuck.
Usually used when the person has been in fuckdefecit for some time, has defaulted of thier fuckmortgage and has no fucks left to give.

'You want what? Sorry pal, no can do, I'm completley fuckrupt. I do have plenty of I dont care about your shit, fella, leave me the hell alone, though. Would you like to sample some?'

Jangles gave so few fucks over the course of his career that after five years he had to declare fuckruptcy. Last I heard he still didn't give a fuck.
