A situation in which someone has taken out a loan on fucks and then defaulted, because they've given too many fucks to ever repay.

"Dude. my girl just dumped me AGAIN and I--"

Fuckruptcy 

The act of giving so few fucks that, in time, you will be in give-a-fuck debt and unable to pay back all of that debt. Declaring fuckruptcy is a good way to elminate your give-a-fuck debt and start over

Jangles gave so few fucks over the course of his career that after five years he had to declare fuckruptcy. Last I heard he still didn't give a fuck.

Usually used when the person has been in fuckdefecit for some time, has defaulted of thier fuckmortgage and has no fucks left to give.

'You want what? Sorry pal, no can do, I'm completley fuckrupt. I do have plenty of I dont care about your shit, fella, leave me the hell alone, though. Would you like to sample some?'

'Hey Dick, could you ask Frenulum down in H.R to hurry up and file that t32b for the Johnson report lickety-split?'
'No can do boss, I'm pretty sure he's fuckrupt today, and my fucksilo is looking alarmingly empty too. I'm running out of fuck-grain to feed my fuck-chickens, and hungry fuck-chickens don't lay fuck-eggs, now do they? What I'm saying is, how about you do it your goddamn self, cheif.
