1)A person of below average intelligence that looks the way, they act. Usually this person has buck teeth and bug eyes. They will make bad judgment calls 23 hours a day and will make you so mad that you will flip your lid anytime your around them.

Our waiter was such a dinglehaven that he forgot to bring our drinks to us and when he did, he tripped over nothing and fell into a table corner killing him instantly.

Dingledreads
