Denki Kaminari

a loveable dumbass. nothing like mineta. perfect in every angle. can manipulate and discharge electricity. thats his quirk. gets misunderstood alot. fanon version of him isn't that bad, but still shit. he isnt super dumb. he's smart in alot of ways.
