clyptomanic

a disorder in which someone (for no reason or basis) fears social interactions, steals randomly just to see if they can get away with it, and randomly starts dancing
Someone who is (improperly) labeled as a cleptomaniac and doesn't actually want the things they take and is afraid of people probably has a clyptomanic disorder instead.

Claptomaniac

A person with an uncontrollable urge to clap at every minor accomplishment, event, or situation—no matter how trivial or mundane. Claptomaniacs find it irresistible to applaud even the smallest of successes, like finishing a cup of coffee, sending an email, or correctly guessing the weather for the day. They often unintentionally create awkward moments by clapping in quiet settings, like libraries or elevators, to acknowledge achievements only they seem to notice.

While clapping is often a social cue for praise or excitement, a claptomaniac takes it to the next level, turning everyday moments into personal rounds of applause. Though harmless, their behavior can baffle those around them.
