I fiend cack

A person who fiends cack and needs this 24/7. A fiender of cack is usually male, because females are generally known to do this anyway. Cack fienders are often found in the wild on camping trips, especially in male only groups.

Person A: You fiend cack.
Person B: No I don't.
Person A: You were rubbing my cack in the tent last night, you are a fiend.
Person B: So you're saying I fiend cack?

A person who attacks people for crack. Can also be used as an insult, like if someone is really hyper or annoying.

The faceless moron who ruins things for the productive people on the surface with incomprehensibly illogical rules; regional manager. Resides in a subterranean world in which crack is smoked incessantly, and policy is written whilst under the influence of crack.

Business was running smoothly until the morlock crackfiend imposed the hiring policy. Now all the new hires are brainless, useless Eloi people.
