Assumingly something or an event that happened in Connecticut or was about Connecticut that was covered up(hidden, unheard of) thus why no one has heard of it.

usually a letter that accompanies your resume. It's normally about half a page and that half a page can make or break your chances of getting the job. It's a pain in the ass and no one ever really knows what to put in those few paragraphs and chances are, you're going to screw it up.

Urban Dictionary Cover-Up

The act of scrambling onto UrbanDictionary.com to quickly find out the definition of a word, usually when used over texts or IM. Used to cover up the fact that you did not know the meaning of the word prior to its use.

Commonly abbreviated to UDCU.

Person A: "yo dude, that jam was live last night."
Person B: *quickly does an urban dictionary cover-up*
"yeah, that was a pretty cool party."

jail cover

This term refers to using another person as a scapegoat or fall guy for your criminal endeavours. If the cops ever come around asking questions, you simply blame the jail cover. Ideally, your jail cover would be a complete and oblivious fucking moron who could easily be taken advantage of. It is good if they look up to you and want to be like you, so usually a person younger than yourself would be used. They are often forced to do grunt work that nobody else wants to do until the time comes for them to actually be arrested and serve their ultimate purpose.
