The act of males openly rejecting ideas of outdated, emasculating, or dinegrating depictions of masculinity, particularly as they are portrayed through media.

I am brotesting that brand of detergent because their commercials depict dads as bumbling idiots incapable of doing laundry.

I wasn’t allowed to go for a surf with my friend Luca so I had to brotest this issue to my parents. Due to this I was then allowed to go for a surf with him.
