burrocracy

A body, usually a governmental entity, that exists solely to make difficult the receiving of permission for an action which should be simple, but required.
I need to work in 4 Canadian provinces, so I need to get work permission from each burrocracy, not just the Canadian government.

Sarcastic term for da powers-dat-be who are so "dense" --- i.e., lacking in common sense --- dat they must have sizeable chunks of slate-colored granite in their craniums instead of "gray matter".
Tronald Dump must have had a real burockracy around him if he could actually get away wif all of da stupid-a** shenanigans dat he perpetrated during his presidency.
