A female that is rather trashy and low rent that hangs at the same bar week after week. Usually wears provoctive clothing that is unbecoming and dances like she has a pole on stage. Is also one man away from contracting AIDS.

similar to a bar fly, a female that frequents a perticular bar and is well known by everyone. Queen Bar fly is always up for a good time...and it's just a matter of time before she hooks up with everyone at the bar.
