Oh gosh ! Now where has that app gone ? My phone has too many apps .
My phone suufers from appulation explosion !

the phenomenon in fitness where, in doing crunches, situps, etc., one has to do a rapidly increasing number of repetitions in order to get the same workout--leading to a hyperinflation situation, where 80, 100, 120 reps etc. are still not enough to leave you winded.
