When a situation is surprising, unexpected, or otherwise out of control, often in a negative way and it needs more than just a singular "yikes" to describe it but rather a whole island of yikes'.

Yikers is a loose reference to notorious prison Rikers Island.

Oh Yikers Man

An expression used to indicate that something went wrong, usually in a conversation or awkward situation. It’s often said when someone says or does something embarrassing, uncomfortable, or unexpected. Similar to “yikes” or “oof,” but with extra emphasis and humor.
