a common disease which many people both male and femal can have.

If you have wankalitus you find the urge to frequently crack one off no matter where you are.... even if you are in a public place like at the back of a classroom in a boring philosophy lesson. Men that have wankalitus often use public toilets as they do not need to worry about shooting their load over their own toilet
