A foreshortening of "up and at them". An english colliquial (possibly London-based) phrase. Origins probaly extracted from comic or cartoon strip: "Up an at them Atom Ant" (1960's). Now used to rally lovers and friends to face the day and the 'enemy' of repetitive city life, corporate slavery, hang-over mornings, and intended to strike optimism and place energy and intent (with emphasism) into one's colleague.

Ulyana

Ulpanat Orly

A trailer park of a school which retards come together to make a 30 person school. The principal looks and acts like a peppy chihuahua and the teachers all talk shit about her. The girls are either gay or normal, though 99% of them are gay. "Our school starts at 9am" is the principals excuse for everything, so if the students have 6 tests in a week, she'll just say her dumbass excuse. Ulpanat Orly is everyone's last choice, but don't let it be any choice, even if you're a high school drop out. Oh and I forgot to mention, EVERYONE vapes here, even if it's the #1 rule that you can't.
