The point in the night where you are so drunk you are obviously wasted to others just by observing how you walk. Its root is from the character in Mortal Kombat (specifically MKII) where he used a move to spray ice on the ground and when the opponent stepped on it he lost his balance (allowing him to be susceptible to an uppercut); due to the limited graphics, the loss of balance makes the character appear drunk.
