I was in Northern Ireland and saw a young lady use "souped" in this context when her younger sister ran across a road without looking.

"Mary! Don't run across the road or you're gonna' get souped"

It's a wrong way to spell "SUPED"
when u are excited or extremely happy u are SUPED and not SOUPED.
Most people write sOuped because they think its derived from the word "SOUP"
But its not, it came from the word "SUPER"
