Also a slang to define when someone is on a good one.

Scenario 1 : If a skante warrior is acting erratic, looking like he's fighting imaginary demons. He must be on skantosis.

Senario 2: When your homeboy has had too many Modelos and is acting the foo " That foo must be on skantosis"
