Acronym for: Sex-positive, Woman-centered, Adult lifestyle Blog. In an effort to tap into the market segment represented by women, many mainstream porn websites have developed female-friendly blogs.

I love that blog -- it's so SWAB. As a woman, I feel that it speaks to my views on sexuality.

Due to the superior feeling caused by stabbing someone with a knife in the gaming world, swab or swabbed is used to ridicule an opponent after an especially superior kill. Since a shank is essentially a pointed object, to swab someone basically means to shank them at range.

SWAB
Abbreviation for "Study With a Buddy". Used in class by the teacher to have students study a few minutes in preparation for a quiz or test.

Other variations: SWYS (study with your self), SWAT (Study with a teacher- used for group led sessions), and swabbing (the gerund form of the word).

"Class, SWAB for 5 minutes for the animal vocabulary quiz!"
