created by jocelyn wells despite what anyone may say. its true. the word is used when your broskie does something bad. but not as bad as when you would say "rip". typically, the person who says it will make a peace sign with their hands -- vertical (but about a 30 degree angle of elevation vertical) and thumbs/pinky are facing you.
